Measurement of Ecological Urbanization Level in the Huanghe River Basin

摘要 研究生态城镇化水平测度对区域制定城镇化发展规划和环境治理政策及措施具有重要建设性意义。该文以黄河流域为研究对象,立足生态城镇化内涵-城镇与生态的共生关系,利用2010-2018年黄河流域9省份面板数据,将生态位宽度理念引入Lotka-Volterra模型,得到了具有生态经济意义和统计意义的城镇-生态共生系列指数并进行省域生态城镇化水平的测度,最后根据测度结果进行指标回溯分析。研究结果表明:(1)黄河流域生态城镇化水平整体表现较低且未体现出明显升高的趋势,2010-2018年9省份生态城镇化水平处于绿色健康省域的总数量(19省域,占比23%)明显少于处于亚健康省域和恶化省域的数量(62省域,占比77%)。(2)黄河流域生态城镇化水平发展格局不均衡性突出,西南区域和东部区域生态城镇化水平较高,西北地区生态城镇化水平较低,红色恶化区域呈现出西北-东南-东北-中部的转移路线。(3)生态城镇化水平不仅依赖于资源环境禀赋能力,还取决于城镇系统和生态系统的共生协调状态。 Studying the measurement of ecological urbanization level is of great constructive significance in formulating urbanization development plans and environmental governance policies and measures in the region.Taking the Huanghe River Basin as the research object,based on the connotation of ecological urbanization and the symbiotic relationship between town and ecology,the concept of niche width was introduced into the Lotka-Volterra model by using the panel data of nine provinces in the Basin from 2010 to 2018.The urban-ecological symbiotic index with ecological economic significance and statistical significance is obtained and the level of ecological urbanization in provincial area is measured,and finally the indicators are retrospectively analyzed.The results show that the overall level of ecological urbanization in the Basin is poor and does not show a clear improvement trend.From 2010 to 2018,the ecological urbanization level of 9 provinces was in the total number of green and healthy provinces(19 provinces,accounting for 23%)is significantly less than the number of sub-health provinces and deteriorating provinces(62 provinces,accounting for 77%).The uneven development pattern of the ecological urbanization level in the Basin is outstanding,with the ecological urbanization level in the southwest and eastern regions higher,and the ecological urbanization level in the northwest region lower.The level of ecological urbanization not only depends on the endowment capacity of resources and environment,but also depends on the symbiotic coordination state of the urban system and the ecosystem.
