摘要
目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,以下简称"新冠肺炎")恢复期针刺治疗的选穴规律,为恢复期的康复治疗提供适宜的针刺穴位处方建议。方法使用古今医案云平台(V1.4)对针刺治疗冠肺炎恢复期的选穴方案进行频次统计、关联分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析。结果共纳入77首腧穴处方,涉及腧穴59个,其中高频腧穴包括足三里、肺俞、气海、关元、脾俞等;关联规则得到24组重要腧穴组合;复杂网络分析得到核心处方为肺俞、足三里、气海、关元、脾俞、中脘、内关、天枢、三阴交、太渊、膻中。结论本研究通过数据挖掘方法提取出了新冠肺炎恢复期针刺治疗的核心腧穴组合,该穴位组合可作为新冠肺炎恢复期针刺干预的基本穴位处方建议,为恢复期患者的康复治疗提供参考与借鉴。
Objective To analyze the rule of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment of the new coronavirus pneumonia,hereinafter referred to as COVID-19,and to offer advice on the acupoint selection for the convalescent rehabilitation treatment.Methods Using the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V1.4),the frequency statistics,association analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis were carried out on the acupoint selections in the acupuncture treatment during the recovery of COVID-19 patients.Results A total of 77 acupoint prescriptions were included,involving 59 acupoints(Zusanli(ST36),Feishu(BL13),Qihai(RN6),Guanyuan(RN4),Pishu(BL20),etc.).Conclusion In this study,we extracted the core acupoint combination of acupuncture treatment in the convalescent period of COVID-19 patients by data mining method,which can be used as the basic acupoint prescription of acupuncture intervention in the convalescent period of COVID-19 patients.
