摘要
笔者立足于中医病机演进过程和子宫内膜病理改变特点,创新性提出子宫内膜疾病的类病概念,涵盖常见的11种子宫内膜疾病,将其分为子宫内膜功能亢进性疾病、减退性疾病和损伤性疾病。基于文献回顾梳理,分析子宫内膜病变类疾病的中医学"异病同治"共性病机与不同功能状态内膜调控环节关联性,为寻找子宫内膜病变类疾病证候演变规律、核心病机,确认关键调控通路和靶点选择提供了重要参考,对深化中医妇科学常见共性病机的内涵研究提供了证据挖掘方向。
According to the characteristics of endometrial pathological changes and the evolution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pathogenesis, the concept of endometrial diseases is put forward, which can be divided into 3 types:endometrial hyperfunctional diseases, degenerative diseases, and traumatic diseases, covering the 11 kinds of common endometrial diseases. Based on the review and combing of literature, this paper analyzed the relevance between the common pathogenesis of"different diseases with the same treatment"of endometrial diseases in TCM and the links of endometrial regulation in different functional states, so as to provide references for studying the rule of the evolution and the core pathogenesis of endometrial diseases, confirm the selection of key regulatory pathways and targets, and provide an evidence mining direction for research of deepening the connotation of common pathogenesis of gynecology in traditional Chinese medicine.
