摘要
在好氧条件下,构建了蜂窝填料三相流化床,研究了三相流化床去除城市污水中总氮的效果以及氨态氮、亚硝酸盐和硝态氮转化规律。结果表明,当HRT为3 h时,三相流化床对总氮去除率为52.61%。氨氮去除率为45.71%,进、出水中的亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐氮质量浓度均较低(进水低于1.12 mg/L,出水低于4.52 mg/L)。对剥落的生物膜进行隔离研究,证实了三相流化床内存在明显的硝化和反硝化菌群。蜂窝填料具有独特的结构特征,使蜂窝填料不同孔内生物膜优势群体存在较大差异,系统中存在好氧区和缺氧区。
A three phase fluidized bed with honeycomb biocarries was developed,and used for removal total nitrogen(TN),amm ounia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N)and nitrite nitrogen(NO_(2)^(-)-N)from municipal wastewater under an aerobic conditions.The experimental results indicated that the TN and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rates were 52.61%and 45.71%of the three phase fluidized bed,the influent and effluent NO_(3)^(-)-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N concentration kept a low degree(influent≤1.12 mg/L,effluent≤4.52 mg/L).Two parallel isolation lab-experiments were carried out when the biofilms was peeled from the honeycomb biocarries holes,the results verified that the nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria co-exist in the different honeycomb biocarries holes.The dominant group of biofilms in the different honeycomb biocarries holes have a significantly different and aerobic zone/oxic zone can coexist due to the honeycomb biocarries structure.
