先进吸附材料在含酚工业废水中应用的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 苯酚及其衍生物作为重要的化工生产原料及中间体,广泛存在于各类化工行业应用及生产中,含酚工业有机废水具有来源广、数量多、污染大、高毒性、难降解等特点,吸附法是含酚有机废水处理的一种简单而高效方法,选择合适的吸附材料是处理含酚工业废水的关键。综述了国内外先进吸附材料用于含酚工业废水中的实例,对于不同浓度的含酚废水的预处理及精细处理,提出了最适合及最有效的废水吸附处理方案,把吸附材料分为常用吸附剂、廉价吸附剂及新型吸附剂,其中重点介绍了如活性炭、树脂、分子筛、石墨烯、MOFs、氮化硼等先进吸附材料,对吸附材料对酚类物质的吸附特点机理进行了分析,对于工业含酚废水的体系化及精细化处理提出了新思路。 As important chemical materials and intermediates,phenol and its derivatives are widely used for various applications and production in chemical industry.The phenol-containing industrial organic wastewater is very available,plentiful,pollutant,highly toxic,nondegradable,etc.Adsorption is a simple and efficient method for treatment of phenol-containing organic wastewater.The selection of appropriate adsorbing materials is the key to treatment of phenol-containing industrial wastewater.In this paper,the applications of advanced adsorbing materials in treatment of phenolcontaining industrial wastewater both at home and abroad were reviewed,and the most suitable and effective wastewater adsorption scheme was proposed for pretreatment and fine treatment of phenol-containing wastewater with different concentrations.We divided the adsorbing materials into commonly used adsorbents,cheap adsorbents and new adsorbents,and mainly introduced advanced adsorbing materials,such as active carbon,resin,molecular sieve,graphite,MOFs,boron nitride,etc.,analyzed the phenol adsorption mechanism of adsorption materials,and put forward new ideas for systematic and fine treatment of phenol-containing industrial wastewater.
