摘要
针对65Mn系列钢种冶炼过程中存在的初炼C、P成分合格率偏低的问题,利用六西格玛工具对生产中采集的数据进行分析,并给出了指导生产的结论,实现了转炉石灰加入量的降低和脱磷率的提高。通过项目的实施,65Mn钢初炼成分合格率由64.7%提高至82.7%,提升了产品质量的稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of low qualified rate of C and P components in primary smelting process of 65Mn series steel,the data collected in production are analyzed by using Six Sigma tool,and the conclusion of guiding production is given,which realizes the reduction of converter lime addition and the improvement of dephosphorization rate.Through the implementation of the project,the qualified rate of 65Mn Steel primary refining composition is increased from 64.7%to 82.7%,and the stability of product quality is improved.
