摘要
以汕头苏埃超大直径泥水盾构隧道工程为依托,通过分析研究该工程的地质特性、刀盘刀具结构设计以及施工过程中遇到的刀具损坏形式和针对性的检测措施,提出一套通用的超大直径泥水盾构刀盘刀具的拆检标准,对后续盾构施工阶段的刀具精准高效管理具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the super-large diameter slurry shield tunnel project in Suai(Shantou),the geological characteristics of the project,the design of cutter head structure,the forms of cutter damage encountered in the construction process and targeted detection measures are analyzed,and a set of universal standards for the removal and inspection of the cutter head of super-large diameter slurry shields are putforward,which has a great guiding significance for the precise and efficient management of cutting tools in the subsequent shield construction stage.
