可达灵致肝损伤的临床分析

摘要 目的验证可达灵所致肝损伤,分析肝损伤的特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法选择2014年1月至2020年1月在我院感染科收治的服用可达灵致肝损伤的病例作为研究对象,对其基本资料、临床特征及用药前后转氨酶、胆红素等数据进行统计分析。结果共收治20例可达灵致肝损伤患者,年龄46~76岁,60岁以上患者13例(65.00%),女13例(65.00%),在服用可达灵3~12周后出现肝损伤,损伤类型以肝细胞型肝损伤为主。其中仅6例患者有黄疸、恶心及疲劳不适等临床表现,所有患者经护肝治疗症状消失,肝功能恢复正常。结论可达灵可致患者发生肝损伤,多数患者无明显临床症状,故服用可达灵期间应密切监测肝功能,以便及时发现肝损伤并处理。 Objective To verify the liver injury caused by Kedaling,analyze the characteristics of liver injury,and provide reference for clinical safe medication.Methods The cases of liver injury caused by Kedaling in our hospital′s department of infectious diseases from January 2014 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The basic data,clinical characteristics,transaminase and bilirubin before and after medication were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 20 patients with liver injury caused by Kedaling were admitted,aged between 46-76 years old,13 patients(65.00%)over 60 years old,13 female patients(65.00%).Liver injury occurred after taking Kedaling for 3-12 weeks.The injury type was mainly hepatocellular liver injury.Only 6 patients had clinical manifestations such as jaundice,nausea,fatigue and discomfort,these symptoms were disappeared after liver-protecting treatment and the liver function was recovered.Conclusion Kedaling can cause liver injury in patients,and most patients have no obvious clinical symptoms.Therefore,liver function should be closely monitored during the administration of Dacron,in order to detect and deal with liver damage in time.
