摘要
介绍规范化培训(简称“规培”)护士负性情绪现况及心理干预方法的研究进展。总结规培护士负性情绪产生的背景、产生的原因、影响、心理干预方法,指出开展心理干预联合Watson关怀理论对规范化培训护士负性情绪干预的必要性,并对干预策略的构建提出建议,旨在为规培护士负性情绪干预策略提供新思路,为规培护士的临床护理管理提供理论指导与借鉴依据。
To introduce the Research progress on negative emotion status and psychological intervention method of nurses in standardized training.This paper summarizes the background,causes,effect,and psychological intervention methods of negative emotions of nurses in standardized training,points out the necessity of carrying out psychological intervention combined with Watson care theory to intervene negative emotions of nurses in standardized training,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of intervention strategies,aiming at providing new ideas for intervention strategies of negative emotions of nurses in standardized training,and providing theoretical guidance and reference for clinical nursing management of nurses in standardized training.
