摘要
目的探讨经皮微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折对患者膝关节功能、生活质量的影响。方法将120例胫骨平台骨折患者按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,观察组实施经皮微创钢板内固定治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术切口长度、骨折线消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后10 d,观察组的AKS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的IKDC评分、生活质量评分高于对照组,膝关节内旋、外旋、屈曲角度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果显著,能较好地恢复患者的膝关节功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive plate internal fixation on knee joint function and quality of life in patients with tibial plateau fracture.Methods A total of 120 patients with tibial plateau fracture were divided into control group and observation group according to drawing lots,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The length of the surgical incision,the disappearance time of the fracture line and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 10 d after operation,the AKS score in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the IKDC score and the scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the internal rotation,external rotation and flexion angles of the knee joint were larger than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has a significant effect,which can better restore the patients'knee joint function and improve the quality of life.
