摘要 藏西北绒山羊广泛分布于藏西北羌塘高原,具有耐粗饲、抗缺氧、适应性好等优点,是当地重要的优势特色家畜,但是也面临着品种退化、种群结构不合理、母羊繁活率低等问题。本研究分别于2017年和2018年两次采用阴道孕酮栓法(CIDR+PG+FSH)对藏西北绒山羊进行同期发情处理并进行人工授精,2017年发情率可达96.4%,产羔率212.28%,双羔率70%,羔羊存活率84.5%,2018年发情率较低为66.7%,产羔率120%,双羔率50%,羔羊存活率94.44%。该技术的实施为推动藏西北绒山羊半舍饲规模化养殖,缓解草原生态环境压力,提供了可靠的科学理论依据。 Tibetan cashmere goats are widely distributed in Qiangtang plateau of Northwest Tibet.They have the advantages of roughage-resistance,anti hypoxia and good adaptability.They are important local dominant livestock.However,they also face the problems of breed degradation,unreasonable population structure and low fertility and livability of ewes.In this study,vaginal progesterone suppository method(CIDR+PG+FSH)was used for oestrus synchronization and artificial insemination in Northwest Tibet cashmere goats in 2017 and 2018.The estrus rate was 96.4%,lambing percentage was 212.28%,twinning rate was 70%,lamb survival rate was 84.5%.In 2018,estrus rate was 66.7%,lambing percentage was 120%,twinning rate was 50%,and lamb survival rate was 94.44%.The implementation of this technology provides a reliable scientific theoretical basis for promoting the large-scale breeding of Tibetan cashmere goats in the Northwest and relieving the pressure of grassland ecological environment.
