摘要
目前,全球主流的药学服务模式是药物治疗管理(MTM),美国作为MTM的起源地,其相关的药师培训体系已经较为成熟。我国的MTM培训还处于起步阶段,还未形成规范化的培训体系,而MTM培训对于提高药师的药学服务能力和推动药学服务发展具有重要意义。因此,本文主要对美国的MTM培训研究进行概述,为我国建立科学、规范、高效的MTM培训体系提供依据。
At present,the global mainstream pharmaceutical care model is medication therapy management(MTM).As the origin of MTM,American has a matured training system.The MTM training system is still in infancy and has no standardized training system,and it’s a great significance improving pharmacists’ability of pharmaceutical care and promoting the development of pharmaceutical care.Therefore,this article mainly summarizes the American MTM training system and provides the basis for the establishment of a scientific,standardized and efficient training system in China.
