摘要
分别对焊态和TIG重熔后的低地板客车轴桥接头的红外热成像疲劳试验数据进行了研究,并结合金相分析、断口SEM分析及显微硬度测试,得出了通过对焊趾处有限深度的TIG重熔,可以显著提高接头疲劳性能。
The infrared thermal imaging fatigue test data of as welded and TIG remelted axle bridge joints of low floor passenger cars were studied.Combined with metallographic analysis,fracture SEM analysis and microhardness test,it is concluded that TIG remelting with limited depth at the weld toe can significantly improve the fatigue performance of the joint.
