磷酸铁锂粒度测试条件研究

摘要 采用激光粒度法测试磷酸铁锂的粒度,研究超声波时间、遮光率、循环速度、分散剂用量对测试结果的影响。结果表明,在超声时间3 min,遮光率5~10,循环速度500 r/min,加入1 mL焦磷酸钠分散剂时,样品分散效果较好。 In this paper,the particle size of LiFePO4 was measured by laser particle analyzer.The effects of ultrasonic time,shading rate,circulation speed and dispersant dosage on the test results were studied.The results show that the dispersing effect is better when ultrasonic time is 3 min,shading rate is 5~10,circulation speed is 500 r/min,and 1 mL sodium pyrophosphate dispersant is added.
