摘要
DCAL是氯羟吡啶中比较容易产生的一种基因毒性杂质,一般在氯羟吡啶中的残留要控制在25×10^(-6)之下,大于31.2×10^(-6)时,DCAL进入动物体内,通过动物粪便排泄,排泄物进入农田后会造成农田土壤板结,导致农作物生长不良。DCAL的合成方法文献报道并不多,如何合成并制得DCAL标准品对氯羟吡啶的质量监控具有重要意义。
DCAL is an easily generated genotoxic impurity in clopidol,which shall be controlled below 25×10^(-6) generally,when higher than 31.2×10^(-6),DCAL enters into body of animals,and excretes out through animal faeces,which may lead to soil hardening of farmlands or poor growth of crops if enters into farmlands.Literatures related to synthesis of DCAL are ex⁃tremely less,so exploring a scientific preparation method for DCAL reference standard is of great significance for quality monitoring of clopidol.
