Objective To explore the clinical effect of tonsillectomy to suture the upper and middle mucosa of the velopharyngeal arch, and compare the clinical effect of suturing the upper and middle mucosa of the velopharyngeal arch during tonsillectomy to reduce the wound surface and the clinical effect of traditional surgery. Methods In this study,a digital table randomized controlled experiment was used to enroll 100 patients undergoing tonsillectomy from January 2018 to October 2019.The observation group used tonsillectomy to suture the upper and middle mucosa of the velopharyngeal arch to reduce the wound surface. The control group used surgery The wound is exposed after traditional tonsillectomy. The postoperative treatment of the two groups was the same, and the operation results of the patients were observed and recorded. Results All patients were followed up.Follow-up for 6 months to observe the adverse reactions, there was no adverse reaction, but the pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the proportion of mild wounds was higher than the control group, and the proportion of no bleeding was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of tonsillectomy to suture the upper and middle mucosal wound of the pharyngeal palatine arch is easy to operate, which can significantly improve the postoperative pain of the patient, promote wound healing, and reduce the probability of bleeding after the wound.
