摘要
为验证液压脉动衰减器在相同液压系统、两种不同液压工作介质以及规定的高温、中间温度、低温环境条件下的工作可靠性,提出一种合理可行的液压脉动衰减器工作循环寿命试验方法,满足了试验要求,达到了验证的目的,同时也节约了试验资源及成本,缩短了试验周期,可供其他试验需求类似的产品借鉴。
In order to verify the working reliability of hydraulic pulsation attenuator under the conditions of the specified high temperature,middle temperature and low temperature environment,the two different working hydraulic mediums and the same hydraulic system,a reasonable and feasible test method for working cycle life of the hydraulic pulsation attenuator was proposed.It satisfies the test requirements,the verification purpose is achieved.Meanwhile,the resources and cost of the test are saved,the test period is shortened.It can be used for other similar test products for reference.
