我国大学新课程观的制度困境及其对策 被引量:1

摘要 公共必修课程比重过高使得大学难以降低课程总学时,也使得学生缺乏学习选择权,失去学习主体性,影响了新课程观的实施。要克服这种制度困境,一要进一步扩大高校的课程设置自主权,加强高校的自主办学责任;二要高校运用好课程设置自主权,建立符合人才培养根本标准的校本课程体系。 The proportion of public compulsory courses is too high,which makes it difficult for universities to reduce the total course hours,and also makes students lack the right of learning options and lose the subjectivity of learning,which affects the implementation of the new curriculum concept.In order to overcome this institutional dilemma,firstly,we should further expand the autonomy of curriculum setting and strengthen the responsibility of running a school;secondly,colleges and universities should make good use of the autonomy of curriculum setting and establish a school-based curriculum system in line with the basic standards of personnel training.
