摘要
在高职高专大力扩招的背景下,给高职高专的教育教学带来了新的挑战,学生生源的巨大差异,导致教学上遇到了更大的困难,如何能在新挑战下,合理的安排教育教学资源,保证人才培养的质量和学生就业的质量,是我们需要面临的新课题。本文以"护理基础技术"为例,探索了分层教学在高职高专教学中的应用,因材施教的培养不同的学生。
Under the background of vigorously expanding enrollment in higher vocational colleges,it has brought new challenges to the education and teaching of higher vocational colleges.The huge difference in the source of studentsleadsto greater difficulties in teaching.How to reasonably arrange education and teaching resources,ensure the quality of personnel training and the quality of students'employment,is a new topic we need to face.Taking"Basic Nursing Technology"as an example,this paper explores the application of hierarchical teaching in higher vocational education,and cultivates different students according to their aptitude.
