摘要
高压输电及供配电线路采用遥控断路器进行停、送电操作。由于断路器停、送电在带电分、合闸过程中可能爆炸威胁人身安全,因此断路器停、送电严禁就地操作,这将造成断路器遥控失灵时无法带电操作的难题。针对这一问题,文章以遥控技术为核心,对断路器KK开关进行外置遥控分合器设计,并探究其具体实现方式,希望能为保证现场操作人员人身安全及提高电网安全性、经济性、灵活性、可靠性提供参考。
Remote control circuit breaker is used to stop and transmit power for high voltage transmission and power supply and distribution lines.As the circuit breaker shutdown and power transmission may explode in the process of live opening and closing,so it is strictly prohibited to operate the circuit breaker locally,which will cause the circuit breaker remote control failure can not live operation problem.To slove this problem,the article takes remote control technology as the core,designs an external remote control splitter for the circuit breaker KK switch,and explores its specific implementation methods.It is hoped to provide reference for ensuring the personal safety of on-site operators and improving the safety,economy,flexibility and reliability of the power grid.
