摘要
基于社会交换理论和积极心理学理论整合的视角,收集217份湖北高校科技人员的调查问卷,运用SPSS及结构方程模型探讨心理资本视域下组织支持感对高校科技人员创新行为的作用机制。研究表明:组织支持感中利益关心维度直接影响高校科技人员的创新行为;工作支持和价值认同两个维度通过自我效能和希望间接影响高校科技人员的创新行为,心理资本在其中起完全中介作用。
Based on the research perspective of the integration of Social Exchange Theory and Positive Psychology Theory,217 questionnaires aimed at research personnel in universities and colleges in Hubei Province were collected,the mechanism of perceived organizational support on innovative work behavior of research personnel in universities and colleges was analyzed from the perspective of psychological capital by using SPSS and structural equation model.Results show that the dimension of interest concern in the perceived organizational support has a direct effect on the innovative work behaviors of research personnel in universities and colleges;the two dimensions of job support and value identity indirectly affect the innovative work behaviors of research personnel in universities through self-efficacy and hope;the psychological capital plays a complete mediating role in-between.
