硫化条件对改性聚硫密封剂性能的影响研究 被引量:3

Study on the Effect of Vulcanization Conditions on the Properties of Modified Polysulfide Sealant

摘要 针对密封剂硫化剂配比以及硫化环境条件对改性聚硫密封剂硫化特性的影响开展了研究工作。试验结果表明,在密封剂基膏和硫化剂配比为100∶8~100∶12的范围内,硫化速度随硫化剂比例增加而提高。在敞开和密闭两种条件下硫化密封剂,B-2规格的硫化速度基本一致,而B-4规格在敞开环境下的硫化速度比密闭环境下的快1~2d。在不同温湿度条件下,两种规格密封剂的硫化速度随温度和湿度的降低会出现减慢现象,硫化最终达到的硬度也相应降低。17℃/40RH%下硫化的密封剂硬度比23℃/50RH%下硫化的低2~3°。密封剂在硫化过程中,其剥离强度、硬度随着硫化的进行而逐渐上升,压缩永久变形量逐渐下降,当密封剂硫化完全时趋于稳定。 The influence of vulcanizing agent proportion and vulcanization environments on the vulcanization characteristics of modified polysulfide sealant is studied. The test results show that when the ratio of the sealant base paste to the vulcanizing agent is 100:8 ~100:12, the vulcanization speed increases with the increase of vulcanizing agent ratio. When the sealant is vulcanized in both open and closed conditions, the vulcanization speed of B-2 sealant is basically the same, however the B-4 sealant vulcanizes faster in the open environment with 1~2 d disparity. For the temperature and humidity conditions, the vulcanization speed of sealants slows down with the decrease of temperature and humidity, and the final hardness has a corresponding decline. The hardness of the vulcanized sealant under the conditions of 17 ℃/40 RH% is lower than that under the conditions of 23℃/50 RH% about 2~3°. During the vulcanization process of the sealant, its peel strength and hardness gradually increases with the progress of vulcanization, the amount of compression permanent deformation gradually decreases, and the sealant tends to be stable when the vulcanization is complete.
