摘要
残疾是个体损伤、社会议题,更是“家庭事务”。家庭作为残疾人社会保障和服务体系建设的核心载体,家庭能力发展直接影响到残疾人福祉水平。残疾人社会工作逐步关注残疾人的家庭与能力提升的服务。立足家庭抗逆力理论,本研究通过对残疾人社会工作服务项目中265户残疾人家庭的深入剖析,比较了不同的残疾人家庭在经历残疾人困境的过程中所表现出的抗逆力特征以及在适应过程中家庭如何发挥抗逆力的功能,提炼出了残疾人家庭抗逆力的多重表征。研究将残疾人家庭抗逆力表征提炼为三大类六小类:稳定均衡型(积极成长型与稳定发展型)、功能失调型(应对失衡型与支持失衡型)、运作僵化型(运作无效型与危机导向型)。通过将不同类型的家庭对待残疾人事件的信念、应对残疾事件的生活智慧以及家庭生活策略呈现的差异性状态作为观察与服务的一个基本性依据与参照,为社会工作者制订有针对性的服务计划提供了数据支持。
Disability is not only an individual injury and a social issue,but also one of the“family affairs”.As Families are the core carrier of social security and service system construction for the disabled,the development of family capacity has a direct effect on the welfare of the disabled.Our research is based on the family resilience,through the in-depth analysis of 265 disabled families in the social work service project for the disabled,Comparing the family performance resilience characteristics and how the family in the process of adapting to the anti-resilience function between different disabled families in the process of experiencing the disability dilemma,refining the model of the family resilience of the disabled.In this study,families with disabilities are classified into three categories and six subcategories:stable equilibrium(positive growth and stable development),dysfunctional(response to imbalance and support imbalance),and operational rigidity(ineffectiveness and crisis oriented).Different types of families have different beliefs,life wisdom and life strategies to deal with disability events,which provide a fundamental reference for us to observe and serve them,and offer data support for social workers to design more targeted service plans.
