摘要
轮胎裂解后会产生大量的炭黑,这些炭黑若得不到有效利用,会造成环境的污染。目前,我国的炭黑行业正面临产能结构性过剩的境遇。本文针对这一现状,基于生物质燃料为基础,令生物质燃料与炭黑的混合在气化炉内发生厌氧燃烧,检测产生可燃气体的浓度变化。探寻过剩炭黑再利用的新渠道。
After the tire is cracked,a large amount of carbon black will be produced.If the carbon black is not used effectively,it will cause environmental pollution.At present,my country's carbon black industry is facing a situation of structural overcapacity.In response to this current situation,this article is based on biomass fuels,making the mixture of biomass fuel and carbon black undergo anaerobic combustion in the gasifier,and detecting changes in the concentration of combustible gases.Explore new ways to reuse excess carbon black.
