摘要
从微观视角量化分析产品研发团队中的知识协调过程,可以更为深入地揭示本质性规律.在理论研究基础上,提炼产品研发任务的复杂性,并提出团队学习是实现知识协调的重要方式.将研发任务的完成以相应知识层次的概率密度函数予以表征,并将团队中的个体学习与协同学习表述为对应层次的知识水平增长.从而构建出复杂知识性任务情境下的知识层次协调模型,并在此基础上探讨两种学习成本和学习时间对研发任务的影响.研究结果表明:①对任务复杂性的预判是知识协调的重要决策因素,并与成员边际个体学习成本、协同学习时间反向相关;②任务复杂性与成员边际协同学习成本正向相关.
To reveal the process of knowledge coordination in the product development team(PDT)from a micro perspective,we refine the concept of knowledge task as well as complexity based on previous research on knowledge coordination in PDT and find that team learning is an essential way to achieve knowledge coordination.Therefore,from the microcosmic perspective of team members’dynamic knowledge growth,individual learning and collaborative learning are described as the basic knowledge growth modes.Then we construct a complex hierarchical knowledge coordination model to realize the quantitative analysis of the coordination process and to discuss the influences on the learning cost and the learning time of R&D with the contrast of the two modes.Our finding shows:①the complexity of knowledge task is a decisive factor for team coordination,and is inversely related to the marginal cost of individual learning and collaborative learning time.②the complexity of knowledge task is positively correlated with marginal collaborative learning cost.
