摘要
利用CFD数值模拟技术,对酒钢钢铁公司实验用9 m球团矿变径回转窑进行了研究。首先,将模拟结果与实验数据对比,证明了模拟的可靠性。然后,模拟酒钢钢铁公司改进结构的9 m变径回转窑内部燃烧温度场,并对比传统直筒9 m回转窑,发现变径回转窑优于直筒回转窑,在预热段温度更高。最后,通过改变变径区间位置,对变径回转窑结构做了进一步结构优化研究。结果发现,当变径区间位置越靠近喷嘴处时,为该变径回转窑最优结构。通过模拟发现该最优结构的回转窑相对于传统直筒回转窑节能5%,按10万t/a的生产量计算,每年可节约天然气至少1.8万m³。
The study on the pellet roasting rotary kiln of Jiugang Iron and Steel Company was carried out by using CFD numerical simulation technology.First of all,the comparison of the simulation results with the test data proves the reliability of the simulation.Then,by simulating the internal combustion temperature field of 9 m variable diameter rotary kiln of the improved structure of jiugang iron and steel company,and comparing with the traditional 9 m rotary kiln,it was found that the variable diameter rotary kiln is superior to the straight rotary kiln and has a higher temperature in the preheating section.Finally,further optimization research was carried on the structure of the variable diameter rotary kiln by changing the position of the variable diameter spacing.As a result,it was found that as the position of the reduction section is closer to the nozzle,the optimum structure of the variable diameter rotary kiln is obtained.The simulation shows that the optimal structure of the rotary kiln is 5%energy saving compared to the traditional straight rotary kiln.According to the production capaclty of 100,000 t/a,it car save at least 18,000 m3 of LNG every year.
