乙烯基含磷树脂的合成及阻燃环氧树脂 被引量:1

摘要 以甲基丙烯酰氯和含磷酚醛树脂为反应原料,在缚酸剂三乙胺的作用下反应合成了乙烯基含磷树脂。以乙烯基含磷树脂为阻燃剂,通过与DCPD-苯酚环氧树脂和活性酯固化剂共混配胶,然后对玻璃纤维布上胶并在真空压机上制备了玻璃纤维布增强的环氧树脂/活性酯固化剂/乙烯基含磷树脂复合材料。采用红外光谱和热失重表征了乙烯基含磷树脂的化学结构和热降解行为;差示扫描量热分析结果表明,乙烯基含磷树脂将降低玻璃化转变温度;热失重表征结果显示,乙烯基含磷树脂可促进凝聚相成炭;极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧测试和锥形量热仪分析结果表明,随着乙烯基含磷树脂的加入,复合材料LOI值达到29.4%~34.8%,通过UL-94测试V-0级,乙烯基含磷树脂的加入降低了复合材料的燃烧强度,火灾危险性显著降低;介电性能测试结果表明,乙烯基含磷树脂对环氧树脂固化物的介电常数和介质损耗影响较小。 Vinyl phosphorus resin was synthesized by the reaction between methacryloyl chloride and phosphorus-containing phenolic resin under the catalysis of triethylamine,which is an acid acceptor.Glue solutions of DCPD-phenol epoxy resin,active ester as curing agent and vinyl phosphorus resin as flame retardant were prepared by mixing and then applied onto glass fiber cloth through sizing treatment.Composites of DCPD-phenol epoxy resin/active ester/vinyl phosphorus resin/glass fiber cloth were prepared by vacuum compression.The chemical structure and thermal degradation of vinyl phosphorus resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),respectively.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)results illustrate that loading of vinyl phosphorus resin could reduce the glass transition temperature of the composites.The results of TGA suggest that the loading of vinyl phosphorus resin promotes the formation of carbon in condensed phase.The flame retardance were explored by vertical burning test,limit oxygen index(LOI)test and cone calorimeter test.The results show that the composites pass the V-0 rating in UL-94 test and the LOI values reach 29.4%~34.8%when the vinyl phosphorus resin was added.In addition,vinyl phosphorus resin reduces the combustion strength and the fire risk of the composites significantly.The results of dielectric properties test indicate that the addition of vinyl phosphorus resin has little effect on the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the cured epoxy resins.
