24-混表芸苔素内酯与水溶肥复配对豆角品质及产量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究24-混表芸苔素内酯复配水溶肥的效果,开展了田间小区试验。选用亮青豆角和油白豆角为试验对象,将不同含量的24-混表芸苔素内酯与水溶肥复配并稀释250倍,分别在豆角苗期、初花期、结果期冲施,测定并分析植株叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、株高、产量、品质。结果表明:以0.03 mg/L的24-混表芸苔素内酯与水溶肥复配冲施,能显著提高上述2种豆角的产量及荚长;以0.01 mg/L的24-混表芸苔素内酯与水溶肥复配冲施,能显著提高上述2种豆角的维生素C、可溶性蛋白的含量;试验期间,豆角长势良好,无药害发生。适量的24-混表芸苔素内酯与水溶肥复配冲施能有效促进豆角生长。 In order to study the effect of 24-mixed epibrassinolide combined with water-soluble fertilizer,a field plot experiment is carried out.Two kinds of cowpeas,the bright green bean and the oily white bean,are selected as test objects.24-mixed epibrassinolide of different content is mixed with water-soluble fertilizer and diluted 250 times,and is flushed at seedling stage,initial flowering stage and fruiting stage of beans respectively,the relative content of chlorophyll in plant leaves(SPAD value),plant height,yield and quality are measured and analyzed.The results show that flush application of 0.03 mg/L 24-mixed epibrassinolide mixed with water-soluble fertilizer can significantly increase the yield and pod length of the above two kinds of beans;flush application of 0.01 mg/L 24-mixed epibrassinolide mixed with water-soluble fertilizer can significantly increase the content of vitamin C and soluble protein of the above two kinds of beans;during the experimental period,the beans grow well and there is no phytotoxicity occurred.Flushing appropriate amount of 24-mixed epibrassinolide mixed with water-soluble fertilizer can effectively promote the growth of beans.
