摘要
财务管理是高校管理的关键,进入社会主义新时代,对高校财务管理的水平要求越来越高。传统的财务收支管理体系已难以满足高校发展需求,转变高校财务管理目标,建立高校财务目标转变的相应实现方法路径,适合新时代背景下高校财务管理目标的合理性与科学性。
Financial management is the key to college management.Nowadays,higher requirements for the level of college financial management are put forward in the new era of socialism;however,traditional financial income and expenditure management system has been unable to meet the development needs.To this end,there is a need to change the financial management objectives,and establish corresponding methods and paths for realizing the transformation,and conform to the rationality and scientificity of financial management objectives in the new era.
