摘要
近年来,随着民航业蓬勃发展,机场对安检专业的学生未来的就业岗位提出了较高的要求,而学生身体素质、职业素养、纪律观念方面都存在进一步提升的空间。因此,应让学生在学校教育中逐渐感受,并接受这种职业严格的半军事化管理要求。基于此,根据民航安检岗位特点就该专业学生如何培养进行了探讨,并提出了安检专业学生半军事化管理的方法和建议。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the airport has put forward higher requirements for the future jobs of students majoring in security inspection,and there is room for further improvement in the aspects of students’physical quality,professionalism and discipline.Therefore,we should let students gradually feel in school education,and accept the strict semi military management requirements of this occupation.Based on this,according to the characteristics of civil aviation security inspection post,this paper discusses how to cultivate the students of this major,and puts forward the methods and suggestions of semi-military management for the students of security inspection major.
