摘要
智媒时代,技术赋能对媒介生态和社会的发展产生了深远的影响,催生出更复杂的信息环境和传播样态。文章指出当前媒介生态的典型表现,如信息茧房、“屏幕之民”、舆情风险以及技术导向存在的伦理风险等问题,认为问题的解决有赖于公众媒介素养的提升。解决此类问题也是社会治理的重要内容,文章从社会层面和公众层面提出了提升公众媒介素养的途径和策略。
In the age of intelligent media,technology empowerment has had a profound impact on media ecology and social development,creating a more complex information environment and communication patterns.Focusing on several typical performances of the current media ecology,this paper points out the coexistence of hidden worries such as information cocoon room,“people of screen”,public opinion risk and ethical risk brought by technology orientation.It points out that the solution to the hidden concerns also depends on the promotion of public media literacy,which is an important content of social governance,and puts forward the ways to improve the public media literacy from the social and public levels.
