绢丝/Outlast纤维混纺调温针织物的开发与性能 被引量:1

Development and properties of spun silk/Outlast fiber blended knitting fabrics

摘要 以绢丝/Outlast纤维混纺纱为原料,设计制备了不同结构的绢丝/Outlast纤维混纺针织物,研究了Outlast纤维含量与组织结构对织物调温性能与舒适性的影响。研究结果表明:随着外界温度上升或下降,绢丝/Outlast纤维混纺针织物在相同时间内温度的变化值小于纯绢丝针织物,而且随着Outlast纤维含量、织物厚度、密度的提高,其变化值越小。这说明绢丝/Outlast混纺织物具有明显的调温功能,可为人体提供一个较舒适的环境温度。同规格条件下,绢丝/Outlast纤维混纺针织物的透气性和透湿性都优于纯绢丝针织物。 Spun silk/Outlast blended fabrics with different structures are designed and prepared with spun silk/Outlast blended yarn,and the effects of Outlast fiber content and fabric structure on its temperature-regulating property and comfort are studied. The results show that with the increase or decrease of external temperature,the temperature change value of the spun silk/Outlast fiber blended knitted fabric is smaller than that of the pure spun silk knitted fabric in the same time,and the smaller the change value is with the increase of Outlast fiber content,fabric thickness and density. It is suggested that spun silk/Outlast blended fabric has obvious temperature regulation function,and could provide a more comfortable temperature environment for the human body. Under the same specification,the air permeability and moisture permeability of silk/Outlast blended knitted fabric are better than that of pure silk fabric.
