以腹胀为首发症状的腹主动脉穿透性溃疡1例

摘要 主动脉穿透性溃疡被列为急性主动脉综合征(Acute Aortic Syndrome,AAS)的疾病之一,由于其发病率较低、临床症状不典型甚至缺乏相应体征,容易为临床医生所忽视,且诊治困难。现报道1例以腹胀为主要症状的腹主动脉穿透性溃疡患者的诊治经过,本例患者采用中西医结合综合治疗手段:西医基础治疗、中医辨证施治以大柴胡汤加减中药口服、活血通便方足浴以及消瘀膏金黄膏外治等手段,最终稳定病情、临床症状明显好转。希望以此提醒临床医师警惕此病,同时提倡在西医治疗手段有限的条件下适当运用中医药手段可有效解决临床问题。
