摘要
目的探析中山市不寐证患者的红外热成像特征及体表经络温度规律。方法收集172例不寐证患者作为试验组,60例健康志愿者作为对照组,2组的性别、年龄差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),采用数字式医用红外热像仪对2组受试者进行检测,采集前驱干、后躯干、任脉、督脉、上焦、中焦与下焦等7个部位的温度平均值。结果不寐证患者的体表经络温度存在以下规律:任脉、前躯干、中焦和下焦等部位体温明显高于正常人(P<0.05);自身比较发现,任脉与前躯干温度相当,督脉与任脉温度差过小,三焦中上焦温度最高,中焦温度最低,存在三焦温度逆乱的情况。结论对经络部位温度规律结合临床实际进行分析,中山市不寐证患者存在以下特点:阳气分布存在阳虚于外、阳虚于上的特征;阴阳关系不平衡,表现为阴血不足、内有郁热;三焦温度逆乱,中焦脾胃运化失司。
Objective To explore the infrared thermal imaging features and pattern of meridian surface temperature of insomnia patients in Zhongshan.Methods A total of 172 unscrupulous patients were collected as the experimental group and 60 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group,and there had no significant statistical difference in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05).The test was performed to patients with digital medical infrared thermal imaging machines,and the average temperature of the seven parts including the front torso,the rear torso,ren meridian,the du meridian,the upper energizer,the middle energizer and the lower energizer were collected.Results The meridian surface temperature of insomnia patients presents as follows: 1.Their surface temperature of ren meridian,front torso,middle energizer and lower energizer are significantly higher than common(P<0.05).2.Individually compared,the temperature difference is small between ren meridian and front torso and is narrow between du and ren meridian.Among the triple energizer,the temperature of the middle and upper energizer is the highest,and the temperature of the middle energizer is the lowest,presenting a reversed situation.Conclusion Based on the analysis of the temperature pattern of the meridian with clinical practice,the following characteristics are shown in the insomnia patients in Zhongshan: 1.For distribution of yang qi,yang deficiency is at outer and upper part.2.The imbalance of yin and yang is manifested as yin and blood Insufficiency and internal stagnation heat.3.The temperature of the triple energizer is reversed,indicating that the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer fail in function.
