摘要
影像组学是深度挖掘图像潜在信息的热门研究新技术,它通过高通量提取CT、MRI、正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET/CT)等医学图像纹理特征,并结合临床风险因素对疾病进行可视化描述及定量分析。作为新时代个体化精准医疗技术,影像组学的关注度一再提升,本文主要基于影像组学在进展期胃癌的研究现状进行综述。
Radiomics is a newly appearing research field for deep mining of potential information of images.It can realize the visual discription and quantitative analysis by combining the high-throughput extraction of the texture features in medical images,mainly from computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT).Medical image texture features combined are extracted and analyzd and with clinical risk factors for visual description and quantitative analysis.As an emerging individualized precision medical technology,radiomics is widely concerned all over the world.This paper is mainly based on the workflow and current research progress of radiomics in advanced gastric cancer.
