摘要
在发展经济的同时,也要尊重自然,使人与自然和谐发展。在当前生态环境日益恶劣的情况下,产业发展方式要转型升级到绿色发展,不能再走先污染再治理的老路;经济增长方式也应从循环发展、低碳发展向绿色发展过渡,将科技创新融入绿色发展之中,让制度创新引领未来发展。
Under the background of global climate change,economic development ought to follow the corresponding natural laws.While developing the economy,we must respect nature so that people and nature can develop in harmony.In the current situation of worsening ecological environment,the industrial development mode should be upgraded to green development instead of the old way of pollution first and then treatment.The mode of economic growth is supposed to also transit from circular development and low-carbon development to green development,integrate technological innovation into green development,and let institutional innovation lead future development.
