摘要
库存控制与管理是物流管理和供应链管理的重要内容,是社会企业对物流专业人才技能要求的重要内容。库存控制与管理课程在物流管理专业本科生培养方案中占有重要地位,全国各大高校已开展多种多样的教学改革。文中基于对河南省主要高校的调研,发现学生理论联系实际和解决实际问题能力弱等问题,并从课程自身性质、学生学习方法、教师教学方法、高校教学体系四方面分析其原因,并在阐释DCCPP培养模式科学内涵的基础上,从课程内容、线下教学、线上教学、专业竞赛、科教融合、科学考评六方面提出库存控制与管理课程教学改革措施建议。
Inventory control and management is an important part of logistics management and supply chain management,which is also an important part of social enterprises requirements for logistics professionals skills.The course of inventory control and management plays an important role in the undergraduate training program of logistics management major,and various teaching reforms have been carried out in universities all over the country.Based on the investigation of major universities in Henan Province,this paper finds that there are still some problems,such as difficulties in integrating theory with practice for students and weak ability to solve practical problems.It also analyses the reasons from four aspects:the nature of curriculum,students learning methods,teaching methods and teaching system in universities.On the basis of explaining the scientific connotation of DCCPP cultivation mode,this paper puts forward the curriculum reform measures of inventory control and management course from six aspects:course content,offline teaching,online teaching,professional competition,integration of science and education and scientific evaluation.
