价值模块视角下的产品与服务模块匹配

摘要 针对制造企业的产品与服务运作存在的资源浪费与提供效率较低的问题,文中以价值模块创造为目标,借助产品、服务与价值模块化的文献回顾,构筑了基于三类模块的混合产品匹配过程的分析框架,给出了制造企业生产中产品与服务模块的匹配方法,最后,以伸缩臂履带起重机为研究对象,验证了方法的有效性。结果表明:模块化理论有助于产品服务集成方案的生成,生成的价值模块能够更具“适应性”地满足客户需求。 Aiming at the problems of resource waste and low efficiency in the operation of products and services in manufacturing enterprises,this paper aims at the creation of value modules,with the help of literature review of product,service and value module,constructs the analysis framework of mixed product matching process based on three types of modules,and gives the matching methods of product-service modules in manufacturing enterprises.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by taking the crawler crane as the research object.The results show that:the theory of module is helpful to the generation of product service integration scheme,and the value module generated can meet the needs of customers more adaptively.
