摘要
近年来,我国电子商务的交易规模不断扩大,交易额也呈现出逐年上升的态势,与此同时,物流行业的发展速度也随之得到了提升。物流可以说是电子商务发展的脊柱,没有完善的物流体系和发达的交通运输作为支撑,各电商平台的发展将会举步维艰,而电商物流中“最后一公里”配送作为整个配送过程中唯一直接与最终用户接触的阶段,近年来也受到了极大的关注与重视。文中将对目前主要几种的“最后一公里”配送模式及其存在的问题进行研究,并针对不同配送模式存在的问题提出相关的建议。
In recent years,the scale of our country s e-commerce transactions has continued to expand,and the transaction volume has also shown a trend of increasing year by year.At the same time,the development speed of the logistics industry has also been improved.Logistics can be said to be the backbone of e-commerce development.Without a complete logistics system and developed transportation as the support,the development of e-commerce platforms will be difficult,and the“last mile”delivery in e-commerce logistics is the only stage of direct contact with end users in the entire distribution process,so it has also received great attention in recent years.This article will study the main current“last mile”distribution modes and their existing problems,and put forward relevant suggestions for the problems of different distribution modes.
