摘要
通过连铸机在生产过程中结晶器铜板与坯壳间摩擦力及摩擦功的分析与研究,得出其数学模型,并根据其特征值的变化预报粘结与裂纹漏钢。
A mathematical model is worked out through making an analysis and research on the friction force and friction work between mold copper plate and slab shell in the process of continuous casting.Steel stick and crack breakout are predicted according to the changes of its characteristic values.
