摘要
目的:分析舒适护理在ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治行有创机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者195例,随机分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理后用力呼气量、肺活量、气道峰压和潮气量等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将舒适护理应用于ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者效果显著,可有效促进呼吸功能的恢复,并提高护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing for respiratory failure patients with invasive mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,195 cases of respiratory failure patients with invasive mechanical ventilation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group carried out conventional nursing.The study group carried out comfortable nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the indicator levels of forced expiratory volume,vital capacity,airway peak pressure and tidal volume of study group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfortable nursing for respiratory failure patients with invasive mechanical ventilation in ICU is effective,which can effectively promote the recovery of respiratory function and improve nursing satisfaction.
