摘要
目的:探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)在头颈外科难治性创面中的应用与护理。方法:选取应用VSD治疗的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科难治创面患者19例,分析疗效及护理特点。结果:19例患者中,行1次VSD治疗10例,行2次VSD治疗7例,行3次VSD治疗2例;经VSD治疗6~15 d后创面愈合良好14例,经VSD治疗16~32 d后创面愈合良好3例,局部皮肤愈合不佳改用中心持续负压引流装置继续治疗1例,因纵隔脓肿死亡1例。结论:使用VSD治疗耳鼻咽喉头颈外科难治创面效果良好,做好护理工作是促进创面良好愈合、缩短愈合时间的重要保证。
Objective:To explore the application and nursing of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in refractory wound of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods:19 cases of patients with refractory wounds of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery who treated by VSD were enrolled,their curative effects and nursing characteristics were analyzed.Results:Among the 19 patients,10 cases received VSD treatment for once,7 cases received VSD treatment for twice and 2 cases received VSD treatment for 3 times.14 cases healed well after 6-15 d of VSD treatment,3 cases healed well after 16-32 d of VSD treatment,1 case had poor local skin healing and switched to the central continuous negative pressure drainage device to continue treatment,1 case died of mediastinal abscess.Conclusion:The use of VSD is effective in treating the refractory wound of otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery.Good nursing work is an important guarantee to promote wound healing and shorten healing time.
