摘要
目的:了解过敏性鼻炎患者的过敏原分布情况,为科学防治提供依据。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治过敏性鼻炎患者150例,监测过敏原,准确找出病因。结果:常见过敏原是香烟、大麦麸质、小麦麸质和蛋清。花粉类过敏原常见的是混合花粉、芦苇;食用真菌过敏原常见的是蚝蘑、香菇;蔬菜类过敏原常见的是四季豆;水果类过敏原常见的是番木瓜和桃子;螨和昆虫类常见过敏原是粉尘螨和房尘螨;动物皮毛过敏的是羊毛;药物类过敏原常见的是磺胺嘧啶和磺胺甲噁唑;环境废气常见的过敏原是烟草烟雾、烹调油烟;环境毒素常见的过敏原是松香、石灰;调味剂常见的过敏原是胡椒、大蒜;豆制品过敏的主要是豆腐和豆奶;植物纤维常见的过敏原是枯草灰和棉花。结论:过敏性鼻炎的主要过敏原为玉米花粉、芦苇、混合花粉、防尘螨、烟草烟雾、烹调油烟及汽车尾气。
Objective:To understand the distribution of allergens in allergic rhinitis patients and provide basis for scientific prevention and treatment.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,150 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were enrolled,to monitor the allergen and find out the cause accurately.Results:The common allergens were cigarette,barley gluten,wheat gluten and egg white.Pollen allergens were commonly mixed pollen,reed.The common allergens of edible fungi were oyster mushroom and shiitake.The common allergens of greengrocery was kidney beans.The common allergens of fruit were papaya and peach.The common allergens of mites and insects were dust mites and house dust mites.Animal fur allergies was wool.The common allergens of drug category were sulfadiazine and sulfamethoxazole.The common allergens of environmental waste were tobacco smoke,cooking oil fume.The common allergens of environmental toxins were rosin,lime.The common allergens of flavoring agent were pepper,garlic.The common allergens of bean products were tofu and soy milk.The common allergens of vegetable fibre were ash and cotton.Conclusion:The main allergens of allergic rhinitis are corn pollen,reed,mixed pollen,dust mites,tobacco smoke,cooking fume and automobile exhaust.
