摘要
尝试提出了2种兼具文丘里、弯头、反弧、环隙特征的新型水力空化发生器,并借助高速摄影技术,采用准二维薄层流道结构对这种流动形式的空化特性进行试验研究。研究发现:这种结构可以在较低的压力下发生空化;空化云的空间占比较高;空泡的空间分布呈现窝状结构。结果表明,该发生器是一种具有潜在优势的水力空化发生装置。
The paper presents two new types of hydrodynamic cavitation generators with the characteristics of Venturi,elbow,flip bucket and annular space.A quasi-two-dimensional thin-layer flow channel was used in the experiment.By using high-speed photography,a series of experiments on the cavitation characteristics of this flow channel were conducted.It was found that cavitation could occur at a relative low pressure and volume proportion of cavitation cloud was relatively high.In addition,cavitation cloud showed a vortex-ring structure.The results show that hydrodynamic cavitation generators are promising for applications in many fields.
