摘要
目的:对川南片区五个县(叙永县、合江县、江安县、珙县、叙州区)金钱草的分布情况进行调查研究,为金钱草资源的开发利用提供科学、合理的依据。方法:以全国第四次中药资源普查技术规范[15]为指导,采用样方调查方法,结合数学与统计学方法对川南的金钱草资源蕴藏量进行分析。结果:总共完成了5个区县,190个样地,950个套方,5700个样方的调查。金钱草蕴藏量为叙永县140.6吨,分布在E105°17′27″~105°39′01″,N27°46′42″~28°28′23″,海拔617m~1250m;合江县181.98吨,分布在E105°52'09″~106°14′07″,N28°38′11″~28°43′08″,海拔489m~766m;江安县84.85吨,分布在E104°58′28″~105°11′35″,N28°26′42″~28°40′07″,海拔267m~606m;珙县172.58吨分布在E04°42′10″~104°56′56″,N27°57′03″~28°14′55″,海拔406m~877m;叙州区125.75吨,分布在E104°42′10″~104°56′56″,N27°57′03″~28°14′55″,海拔406m~877m。总计有61个样方,98个样方套中出现过金钱草。结论:川南五区县金钱草蕴藏量大,为金钱草有关制剂研制提供原料,有较好的开发利用前景。普查结果可以为金钱草资源的保护利用、合理开发提供科学依据,为金钱草产业发展提供指导。
Objective:To investigate the distribution of Lysimachiae Herba in five counties and districts(Xuy⁃ong County,Hejiang County,Jiang’an County,Gong County,Xuzhou District)in southern Sichuan,China,and to provide a scientific and reasonable basis for the development and utilization of Lysimachiae Herba.Methods:Under the guidance of the Technical specifications of the fourth national general survey of traditional Chinese medicine re⁃sources,quadrat survey,as well as mathematical and statistical methods,was used to analyze the reserves of Lysi⁃machiae Herba in southern Sichuan.Results:A total of 190 sample plots,950 sets of square,and 5700 quadrats were surveyed in the five counties and districts.The reserve of Lysimachiae Herba in Xuyong County was 140.6 tons,distributed at 105°17′27″E to 105°39′01″E,27°46′42″N to 28°28′23″N,and an altitude of 617~1250 m;the reserve of Lysimachiae Herba in Hejiang County was 181.98 tons,distributed at 105°52′09″E to 106°14′07″E,28°38′11″N to 28°43′08″N,and an altitude of 489~766 m;the reserve of Lysimachiae Herba in Jiang’an County was 84.85 tons,distributed at 104°58′28″E to 105°11′35″E,28°26′42″N to 28°40′07″N,and an alti⁃tude of 267~606 m;the reserve of Lysimachiae Herba in Gong County was 172.58 tons,distributed at 104°42′10″E to 104°56′56″E,27°57′03″N to 28°14′55″N,and an altitude of 406~877 m;the reserve of Lysimachiae Herba in Xuzhou District was 125.75 tons,distributed at 104°42′10″E to 104°56′56″E,27°57′03″N to 28°14′55″N,and an altitude of 406~877 m.Lysimachiae Herba was found in 61 quadrats and 98 quadrat sets.Conclu-sion:In the five counties and districts of southern Sichuan,there are large reserves of Lysimachiae Herba,which can be used as the raw material for related formulations.The results of general survey provide a scientific basis for the protection and rational development and utilization of the herbal resource,and provide guidance for the develop⁃ment
