民族高校思想政治教育实践育人的困境与机制创新 被引量:4

摘要 随着时代发展,大思政视野下的高校思想政治教育实践育人不再是思政课教师的分内之事,也是高校全体教师及社会专家的必选事项。目前,民族高校思想政治教育实践育人存在部分师生对实践育人目标认识不足、各主体协调不畅以及实践育人考核评价体系不完善等发展困境。应树立正确的实践育人发展理念,同时,建构与时俱进的理念及内容管理机制、实践育人共同体运行机制及多元化科学考核评价机制,以对实践育人实效性予以保障。 With the demands of new era,the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not only the responsibility of ideological and political teachers,but also a must for all teachers and social experts.At present,the educational practice of ideology and politics in ethnic colleges and universities is facing developmental dilemmas such as limited understanding of the educational goal,incoordination of various subjects,and incomplete evaluation system.To ensure the effectiveness of practical education,it is necessary to establish a correct developmental concepts and the content management mechanism that keeps pace with the times,and to construct the operation mechanism of the practical education community as well as the diversified scientific evaluation mechanism.
