Influence of greetings-introduction-process-interpretation-thanks (AIDET) communication mode on quality of outpatient infusion room nursing

摘要 目的探讨问候-介绍-过程-解释-感谢(AIDET)沟通模式对门诊静脉输液室护理服务质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2019年3月某医院门诊静脉输液室患者247例,将符合入组标准的212例患者依据随机数字表法分为研究组(n=106)与对照组(n=106)。对照组采取常规护理,研究组于对照组基础上采取AIDET沟通模式。统计两组一次性穿刺成功率及并发症(穿刺部位感染、红肿、疼痛)、输液等待时长、护理工作满意度。结果研究组一次性穿刺成功率(98.11%)高于对照组(91.51%),并发症发生率(4.72%)低于对照组(13.21%)(P<0.05);研究组输液等待时长(8.22±1.63)min短于对照组(12.59±2.02)min(P<0.05);研究组护理工作满意度(97.17%)高于对照组(89.62%)(P<0.05)。结论采取AIDET沟通模式对门诊静脉输液室患者实施干预,可提升一次性穿刺成功率,减少并发症,缩短患者输液等待时长,且护理工作满意度较高。 Objective To explore the influence of a greeting-introduction-process-explanation-thanks(AIDET)communication mode on the quality of nursing service in the outpatient intravenous infusion room.Methods A total of 247 patients were selected from the outpatient intravenous infusion room of a hospital from October 2018 to March 2019.The 212 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a trial group(n=106) and a control group(n=106).The control group received the routine care,and the trial group received the AIDET communication mode based on the control group.The onetime puncture success rate,complications(infection site infection,redness,swelling,and pain),infusion waiting time,and nursing work satisfaction were investigated,calculated and compared between two groups.Results In the trial group,the one-time puncture success rate(98.11%) was higher than that in the control group(91.51%),and the incidence of complications(4.72%) was lower than that in the control group(13.21%)(P<0.05).The infusion waiting time in the trial group was(8.22±1.63) min,which was shorter than that in the control group(12.59±2.02) min(P<0.05).The nursing work satisfaction in the trial group(97.17%)-was higher than that in the control group(89.62%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of AIDET communication mode in the outpatient intravenous infusion room can improve the success rate of one-time puncture,reduce the complications,and shorten the waiting time for patients’ infusion,and it has a higher nursing satisfaction.
