摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病产妇实施生活节奏规范化管理的临床效果。方法选取南京医科大学附属常州市妇幼保健院2017年1月至2018年10月收治的妊娠期糖尿病产妇86例,以数字表作为分组依据,将纳入对象划分为研究组和对照组,各43例。其中,对照组实施传统干预,研究组在对照组传统干预的基础上引入生活节奏规范化管理措施。比较两组产妇空腹血糖、餐后2 h和餐前半小时血糖、产妇妊娠期并发症、新生儿结局。结果研究组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h和餐前半小时血糖水平均低于对照组,产妇妊娠并发症发生率低于对照组,新生儿结局优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论生活节奏规范化管理模式应用于妊娠期糖尿病产妇,能控制这类产妇的血糖水平,且能促进胎儿的妊娠转归。
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized management of life rhythm in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to this hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected.Based on the numerical table,the subjects were divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received traditional intervention,while the study group introduced standardized management measures of rhythm of life on the basis of traditional intervention in the control group.Fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 hours postprandial and half an hour preprandial,maternal pregnancy complications and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 hours after meal and half an hour before meal in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The incidence of complications of pregnancy in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the neonatal outcomes were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The standardized management mode of life rhythm applied to pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can control their blood sugar level and promote fetal pregnancy outcome.
