摘要
目的观察输尿管皮肤造口患者自护能力、自我感受负担及自我效能,并分析自护能力与自我感受负担及自我效能的相关性。方法选取2016年2月至2018年8月在该院接受治疗的输尿管皮肤造口患者100例为研究对象,采用调查问卷了解患者的自护能力、自我感受负担及自我效能的现状,并分析患者自护能力与自我感受负担及自我效能的相关性。结果100例输尿管皮肤造口患者中,自护能力评分总分为(115.34±11.26)分,自我感受负担总分为(40.14±5.98)分,其中轻度自我感受负担者35例,中度自我感受负担者40例,重度自我感受负担者25例。输尿管皮肤造口患者的自我效能感得分总分(69.75±7.24)分,处于中等水平。输尿管皮肤造口患者自护能力与自我感受负担负相关,与自我效能得分正相关。年龄≥65岁、离异或丧偶、人均月收入<3000元、自我感受负担总分≥40分、自我效能<70分的患者自护能力评分较低。进一步回归分析结果显示,年龄、自我感受负担总分、自我效能是影响输尿管皮肤造口患者自护能力的因素。结论输尿管皮肤造口患者自护能力与自我感受负担负相关,与自我效能正相关。
Objective To observe the self-care ability,self-feeling burden and self-efficacy of patients with ureteral skin stoma,and to analyze the correlation between self-care ability and self-feeling burden and self-efficacy.Methods A total of 100 patients with ureteral dermostomy who received treatment in this hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects.Questionnaires were used to understand the status of patients'self-care ability,self-perceived burden and self-efficacy,and the correlation between patients'self-care ability and self-perceived burden and self-efficacy was analyzed.Results Among 100 patients with ureterocutaneous stoma,the self-care ability score was(115.34±11.26)points,and the self-feeling burden was(40.14±5.98)points.There were 35 cases with mild,40 cases with moderate and 25 cases with severe self-perceived burden.The score of self-efficacy in patients with ureteral dermostomy:the total score was(69.75±7.24)points,which was in the middle level.The self-care ability of patients with ureteral dermostomy was negatively correlated with self-perceived burden and positively correlated with self-efficacy score.Patients with age greater than or equal to 65 years old,divorced or widowed,per capita monthly income less than 3000 yuan,total score of self-perceived burden greater than or equal to 40 points,and self-efficacy less than 70 points had low self-care ability score.Further regression analysis showed that age,total score of self-perceived burden and self-efficacy were the factors affecting the self-care ability of patients with ureteral dermatostomy.Conclusions The self-care ability of patients with ureteral skin stoma is negatively correlated with self-experience burden and positively correlated with self-efficacy.
