摘要
目的:分析完全管理模式应用在耐多药肺结核患者护理中的临床效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年5月收治耐多药肺结核患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组应用常规管理;研究组应用完全管理模式。比较两组管理效果。结果:研究组管理后心理状态评分、疾病知识掌握程度及治疗依从性均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在耐多药肺结核患者护理中,应用完全管理模式的临床效果显著,患者疾病知识掌握程度得到极大提升,患者心理状态及治疗依从性得到显著提高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of complete management mode in nursing care of patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:From June 2017 to May 2019,50 patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine management.The study group was treated with complete management mode.We compared the management effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after management,the score of mental state,the mastery of disease knowledge and treatment compliance were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of complete management mode in nursing care of patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis is significant,the patient's mastery of disease knowledge has been greatly improved,and the patient's psychological state and treatment compliance have been significantly improved.
